Booking Policy

Advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The balance amount must be paid before check-in. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
• Check-out Time: 09:00 AM
• Cruising time is from 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM. The boat will be anchored from 5:30 PM to 8:00 AM the next day.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 15 days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date.

House Rules

• Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
• Pets are not allowed on board.
• Guests are requested to respect the local culture and environment.
• AC operation times vary based on the package (Deluxe: 9 PM - 6 AM, Premium/Luxury: Full time/On demand).

Child Policy

Children below 5 years are complimentary. Children between 5-12 years will be charged extra.
